She is an Assistant Professor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, Bihar, India. She has 5 Years of research and academic Experiences. She obtained Ph.D. degree in Ergonomics, Family Resource Management, College of Home Science, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab with Research Topic: Occupational Risk Factors of Workers Engaged in Food Processing Enterprises of Punjab. She completed her M.Sc. Ergonomics, Family Resource Management, Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, Haryana; and B.Sc. in Home Science, Hons., Food and Nutrition, College of Home Science, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab. Her Specializations area includes Ergonomics, Home Science, Food and Nutrition. She has Published 18 papers in National and International Journals and 2 Chapters in book. She has 7 Presentation in National and International Conferences. She is working as a reviewer of many international Journals. She is a Lifetime member of Indian Society of Ergonomics, Lifetime member of Indian Science Congress, and Lifetime member of Home Science Association of India.
